There are things thant never change

There are things that never change. Things that are like rocks in our lives, things we hold on to when the rest of our world seems to crumble down. On the other hand, there are things that actually change.

Last Sunday night, I experienced that some things hadn’t changed. Infact, I went out to dinner with my ex classmates from high schools.

While I was walking down to them, I was recalling how it was to see them after a year. It was a year that I hadn’t seen them, as it was a year last time. And they look always the same to me.

Well, I guess that it feels the same to meet them too, cause just as last year, I felt distant and alienated from them. They’re living a complete different life situation, cause they’re studying in padova, and they see each other every day, and they share experiences..i don’t. I’m not in their lives, but a day in a year.

Don’t get me wrong, I like to hang out with them. It seems like I’m in highschools again. But, I’m not. We’re not, we’re supposed to be grown, to think and act like adults. And they do. Kinda.

There are people with whom I’m most in confidence and I feel pretty comfortable with. And there are others with whom I feel intimidated, inferior almost.

Yep, there are things that never change.
